Store Hours of Operation

Tack Shack and Tack Shack Too Store Hours are:

Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Sunday 12 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Also Closed on the following Holidays:

New Years Day
Memorial Day
Independance Day
Labor Day

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

Saddle Trial Policy is as follows: Any saddle purchased, including Closeout and Specials saddles, must be returned within 5 business days from the date you receive it, and it must be returned in AS NEW condition, with no marks on billets or flaps.

You may fit the saddle to your horse and you, but please bear in mind this is not a Test Ride program. If you girth the saddle the girth should have roller buckles and if you put stirrup leathers on the saddle we request that you wrap them. Return shipping and insurance costs are the consumer's responsibility.

If a saddle or other item is a special order item from our manufacturers there may be a re-stock fee if it is returned to us by the customer, we will notify you via e mail if this is the case with an item you wish to purchase.

Custom Orders are not eligible for refunds or returns, however our aim is to please so we will work with you before, during and after the order to make sure you recieve exactly what you envisioned. Custom orders must be paid in full in advance.

Regular Merchandise Orders are eligible for a full refund or exchange, less shipping costs, within 30 days of date of purchase, less shipping costs, as long as merchandise is returned in "As New" condition. Any item returned that has been used and shows obvious signs of use may be refused or given partial credit.

Defective merchandise will be replaced or your account credited if received within 30 days, all manufacturer warranties will apply. In some cases defective merchandise will need to be replaced directly with the manufacturer, Tack Shack of Ocala will do all it can to help you through this process. Returns should be accompanied by the original invoice to expedite processing, and all customer information must be included.

Shipping information

Orders on In Stock Items will typically ship between one and three business days from the date of the order.

Items on Back Order will be shipped when they arrive in our warehouse, we will update our customers as to time frame and availability.

Merchandise that is Drop Shipped direct from the manufacturer will typically ship within three business days from the date of the order.

Custom Orders will ship when built, this may be between one and six weeks, depending upon the order. We will keep you updated with e mails regarding all custom orders.

On Line eGift Certificates and Coupons

Please note that eGift Certificates purchased from TackShackOcala.com web site must be used on the web site, they cannot be used in the physical store in Ocala. This also applies to any Coupons or special promotional offers available on the web site, they are available for use for web site purchases only.

We have fine craftspeople who can repair just about anything tack related - from the Race, English and Western disciplines! We have a combined 75 years experience right here in our large shop, and we are happy to work on leather projects not horse related, however we do not do shoe repair.

We now offer a full range of embroidery services, and we can digitize your logo or design for you as well - or choose from our collection of stock designs.

Saddle pads, horse blankets, clothing, hats, bags, and a full line of merchandise is available for your custom logo, or bring in your own items for embroidery.
