Tack Shack of Ocala wants to ensure your happiness with your new saddle, and we will generally accept returns/exchanges on saddles if they do not fit you or your horse. For special order saddles there may be a restocking fee involved, this fee will vary depending on the saddle manufacturer.

Saddles should be returned in New Condition with no marks on billets or flaps in appropriate packaging and insured within 5 business days from date of delivery.
