Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
Saddle Trial Policy is as follows: Any saddle purchased, including Closeout and Specials saddles, must be returned within 5 business days from the date you receive it, and it must be returned in AS NEW condition, with no marks on billets or flaps.
You may fit the saddle to your horse and you, but please bear in mind this is not a Test Ride program. If you girth the saddle the girth should have roller buckles and if you put stirrup leathers on the saddle we request that you wrap them. Return shipping and insurance costs are the consumer's responsibility.
If a saddle or other item is a special order item from our manufacturers there may be a re-stock fee if it is returned to us by the customer, we will notfy you via e mail if this is the case with an item you wish to purchase.
Custom Orders are not eligible for refunds or returns, however our aim is to please so we will work with you before, during and after the order to make sure you recieve exactly what you envisioned. Custom orders must be paid in full in advance.
Regular merchandise orders are eligible for a full refund or store exchange, less shipping costs, within 30 days of date of purchase, less shipping costs, as long as merchandise is returned in "As New" condition.
Defective merchandise will be replaced or your account credited if received within 30 days, all manufacturer warranties will apply. In some cases defective merchandise will need to be replaced directly with the manufacturer, Tack Shack of Ocala will do all it can to help you through this process. Returns should be accompanied by the original invoice to expedite processing, and all customer information must be included.

We now offer a full range of embroidery services, and we can digitize your logo or design for you as well - or choose from our collection of stock designs.
Saddle pads, horse blankets, clothing, hats, bags, and a full line of merchandise is available for your custom logo, or bring in your own items for embroidery.

Famous Horsey Yard Sale
The Famous Horsey Yard Sale occurs four times a year in conjunction with a massive store wide sale at Tack Shack of Ocala and Tack Shack Too, our Western store. Make sure you also check out our new Clearance Room, in the back of Tack Shack Too.
Our large back parking lot becomes an equine flea market with folks selling used tack, hand crafted equine items, and all kinds of other things you never knew you needed!
The nominal fee, currently $10.00, charged for each space is donated to the Marion County 4H Horse Specialty Club, who are on hand selling breakfast sandwiches, hamburgers, hotdogs, coffee, cold drinks and snacks.
SELLERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL OUT OF TRAILERS TRUCKS OR CARS due to space constraints and safety issues and must provide their own tables, chairs, shade, and change. A space is considered to be the size of a typical parking space, (aprox. 10' x 10') and vehicles must be moved away and parked OFF THE PROPERTY after unloading. We do not reserve spots or collect fees in advance, you pay as you enter. Again, be aware all sales of new tack/apparel are prohibited. Folks wishing to sell should arrive between 6:30 and 8:00 a.m.
There are always fun and informative demonstrations, ranging from trick horses to cowboy shooting to police dogs, to a variety of equine breed displays. Often we have live music as well!
